Ham Bechamel Pasta, Leftover Conversion

So you can't let great things go to waste! Nothing like making a great bechamel sauce and pouring it over macaroni and adding ham and onions for a decadent yet simple comfort food dinner that is luxuriously decadent. In this case I took the leftovers and took them a step further...it was like a loaded baked potato without the potato. Double wammy!

The cheese melted so subtly into the sauce, the diced ham and the crumbled bacon textures complimented each other and the macaroni or Rotelli actually felt like it melted into the the sauce. Wow. Certainly not an everyday dinner, but certainly a help me out of the coronavirus shutdown treat!
