So here is my rustic take on piling great ingredients on round dough base and baking them to the delight of my eyes, tastebuds and tummy. They all screamed "Yummy!"
First I rolled-out the dough on a floured surface. I used Trader Joe's bag of refrigerated dough, “Trader Giotto’s” actually, as its ingredient list is simple and I've used it many times to make many a variety of rising dough creations with it. Let it warmup to room temperature before shaping.
I put my cast iron skillet in the oven while it pre-heated to 450°F. When My dough was shaped flat and roundish, I pulled out the skillet, add some olive oil and placed the dough on it with a little more olive oil. Then put it in the oven fpr a few minutes to allow the dough to set.
Next I wiped the sough off the counter and placed all my diced ingredients to layer the pizza:

Meatballs, Boar's Head Genoa Salami, Boar's Head Honey Maple Ham, Boar's Head Havarti, Gallo Azul Queso Blanco, Tomatoes, Onions and Tomato Sauce.
Pull the skillet out after 5-8 minutes, when the oil has been some what formed and the dough has started to rise. Add tomato sauce. Spread evenly to desired sauciness, and place back in the oven for a couple of minutes.
Pull out the skillet and begin dressing it as you choose.
Place back in the oven until golden.
Let it rest a moment. Transfer to cutting board. Slice and serve!
